it is a convenient hotel in city center. Staff helps us with what we need. It needs some upgrades but in general terms it is ok.

I called a day before to ask about early check in since my flight arrived at 8 am. They said yes just need to pay a fee . I showed up they refused my room said they where sold out. But hotel was empty. Rep gave me a whole attitude I explained I had called she said nothing I can do even offer to get a different room or pay difference but she did not want to.

We arrived at hotels safe I stayed there about 6 months ago. it was extremely busy and we decided to take a shower, this was terrible without hot water, we called reception to report it lady told us she was sending someone to check, which he never arrived, after out third call they said keep the water open for an hour and hot water will ok, which we did. at 6:00 am we would hear a lot of noise like they were working on it but it was a horrible noise this was a vacation that we took and I love Krystal staff, this year we realized there were no cabs, which made it worse. we left disappointed we had a bad view they were making a new building and we had a bad scenery. I never expected for that to happen. Thank you kindly!

The only thing I like about this hotel is the area. Besides the hotel was not that clean beds are super hard. A lot of the furniture was damaged. That matches are super hard restaurant was dusty and much more. Also, I asked front desk for a blanket, and never received that.

Room is nice and spacious but AC is old. While it was hot outside, room didnt cool off until 3-4am. That is annoying when other newer hotels do not have this problem. Gym equipment is also broken, old. Location is great

What a pleasant place to stay from the door men to the reception personnel checking us in to the hotel. I would like to thank the roving security at night who was able to get me towels, to the waitstaff to the lady making my eggs to order. 5 star's to the staff. Safe, and convenient place to shop, eat, and drink. No negative remarks walking distances to whatever you want to do. Hats off again keep up to what you are doing. I recommend this place and again thanks to the bartender for the botanitias. GRACIAS!! Cínico Estrellas!

Not really what expected, no explanation of nothing at check in, room was very dark, no mini bar and the sink was leaking, poor towel quality, dirty communal spaces and the amenities? which one? pool closed and gym not really inviting. this is not a 5star hotel neither a 4 star. some of the staff is nice. some reviews are made to keep this for a good average rate.
