6/10 Good

Room was clean and breakfast was fairly good but the staff were all unpleasant! The person checking me in didn’t smile and barely spoke except to tell me the details of my stay. When I tried to check out, 2 different employees stood in a room behind the counter and just looked at me. They’d walk out of sight then come back and just look at me! I finally just put my keys on the counter and left. They didn’t have a key drop box.

Staff was very friendly and very patience, rooms were very clean. I loved that there was shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion in the room and it wasn't just the trial size neither.

The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were very comfortable. So many times the pillows hurt my neck. I slept like I was at home. Also the room was quite, which was so nice.

8/10 Very good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and bathroom clean with nice amenities. The property had nice desert landscaping which was mostly gravel and rock. It’s tough for dogs. A lot of dog poop was scattered in the landscape which is too bad. They had plenty of poop bags and trash bins too. The access to the hotel was convenient and near the I-80. Next door to a small casino but what do you expect in NV? Quiet and well maintained property. Breakfast was also very good with variety. Good coffee and breakfast to go bags!

We checked on late at night and the employee at the front desk was kind and welcoming even at midnight! The next morning the employee at the front desk was equally lovely. Rooms were clean, breakfast was fast and easy. A perfect stop for passing through while on a longer road trip.
