First impressions count, the staff were exemplary. The hotel is beautifully presented and well maintained. We had a room overlooking the river and it didn't disappoint. The bedding looked brand new. Best bit about this hotel is the location. Near to all the main attractions and the MRT. It’s fairly well kept and the staff are friendly. Rooms are very small and only just big enough to get around the bed. Nowhere to put luggage and a tiny wardrobe. We paid more for a view across the river to Wat Arun which was stunning but at first floor level we were at the same height as the restaurant opposite so we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time as there was no privacy. Biggest annoyance was the prices at the bar. 2 small beers cost over £22 (1100 bhat). That is almost 4 times what we paid anywhere else. Needless to say we never used the bar or restaurant again.

This is a very nice and modern hotel, small and manageable and staffed by the nicest people you could imagine. The rooftop bar and restaurant are good easily accessible and we had no trouble getting tables when we wanted. The food and drinks were excellent. Our rooms were small but manageable and had very useful designs and decor. We only have two small things to suggest. First, the Internet was inconsistent and dropped us frequently. This occurred in all three of our rooms on floors two and three. Rooftop Internet seemed to be more stable. A second, there was no mirror in front of the sink, which meant I had to turn around and shave against the mirrored wall. Neither of those takes away from the fact that this is excellent value for money and is someplace we would happily occupy again.
