The property was in good condition, and clean. The staff was nice.

This facility needs to be closed down and not advertised again. It’s in a bad location and it looks like a place for the homeless prostitutes or drug dealers
Verified review

2/10 Poor

This room was not how it looked on the internet walls is not painted tub look nasty cover got cigarettes holes in the blanket

It is not legal to rent property that has no aceptable plumbing. Managment was intentionally evasive on this and wanted to argue even though the shower can not be used and the pipes not attached to the sink.

10/10 Exceptional

Environment not noisy and the room was okay except the table chair is bad.

The hotel itself is in a sketchy area. The clerk was nice. The lights outside of the rooms are all broken. You walk into the room and the carpet was soaked with some unknown substance. It reeked. There was broken glass by the tub which also had broken pieces. The sink didn’t have a mirror and only had hot water. The hotel itself needs lots of repairs. It seemed more like a pay by the hour hotel than a $110/night room. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay that’s close to the city...and don’t mind having to clean up after the maids...this is the hotel for you. There also wasn’t a do not disturb sign.

I ordered a non-smoking room and got a smoking room...he said even if i got non-smoking room, people smoke in them anyway!!

2/10 Poor

I wasn’t expecting a lot but when I go to take a shower, control handle on the shower faucet comes off in my hand. Front desk guy informs that no one can come until the morning and he was allowed to put me in another room. I protest and then threatens to charge me for breaking the plumbing.

It was clean and staff was very friendly. Nice and quit. A good place to relax

Don’t stay here.

Costumer service is terrible. I have an emotional support animal. My boyfriend is a vet with sever PTSD. They guy repeatedly told us we couldn’t have a service animal, but proceeded to charge us $30. There were several safety violations like a broken light bulb and an exposed outlet that had sparks ignite when I tried to plug something in. I have pictures to prove. He also harassed my brother I pay as an Uber driver. Like he was dead set on making OUR night terrible.

2/10 Poor

The room was beyond dirty. The tub had melted wax from candles everywhere, mold everywhere, the bathroom had toothpaste running down the shower wall from previous guest, the blankets had cigarette burns we did not stay and the manager wouldn't refund us.

Room #130

It was worth the fee I paid. My room was clean, no bugs of any kind. The young man in the office was excellent.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

Nope!

Very rundown. Lots on dead bugs in the ceiling light. Smoke doctor was missing and shower faucet was not attached to the wall. I'm not picky but the room just felt dirty and creepy.

The young man servicing was super nice. The place was a bit run down, but over all neat and clean, put well together for a one night stay or more.

Lying inn

The place was not as good as for what you pay for, they lied about services that should be rendered. I won't ever visit there again.

2/10 Poor

This place was disgusting and is not a 4 star like you have on your site. I have pictures of how dirty it was. Light fixture was falling out of ceiling. Hot tub had a hole in it. When we sat in it water ran over into the hole soaking the carpet. Mold on the caucking in the shower. Lightbulbs missing in many light fixtures. Management would not help with any of the complaints i had. Light shades still had plastic on them. I would like a full refund.
