It was in the perfect location. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided a kettle but no tea or coffee. But that's just a little moan. Would definitely stay again.

Nice central location, adequate for a couple of nights stay at this price point, nothing special, but good for a short break.

Very convenient location to everything. Probably a two minute walk from Pile gate. The owner was very kind and present. The restaurant was also our favorite restaurant that we ate at on our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Clean rooms with comfortable beds in a great location, so was good value. Aircon and fridge was very helpful. Only slight issue was shower head fixture was broke so you had to operate that yourself but that was fine

This was a one-night stay having travelled from Montenegro to get a flight from Dubrovnik. We wanted somewhere cheap but accessible for the Old Town as leaving the following afternoon. For price and staying in the middle of the Old Town, you can’t beat it. The biggest negative was being woken at 0445 hrs by deliveries outside, for which we were then awake till the morning. We felt we could cope with this for one or two nights but bring ear plugs for any more. The room itself was basic but very clean which we could not fault.

Excellent location. Sister restaurant across offered good food and a 20% EXCEPT my 68 Euro bill after pressing adding 22% tip became 91 Euro !!! Either it's a payment terminal error or the waiter who processed had a DISHONEST OVERRIDE

This is an excellent location just inside the old city, the room was large and the beds are comfortable. Tezero also has a restaurant and when you stay with them they give you a 20% discount at the restaurant and it's a good restaurant. We highly recommend Tezero room.

Staff friendly and welcoming, rooms spacious and clean, good breakfast and dinner options locally. Only downside is the noise nearby- the sound of beer barrels being rolled down the stone street outside at 5am was very jarring.

Excellent location within old Dubrovnik. Clean room but staff was a little hard to reach during check in. Overall nice place to stay in the heart of the city centre.

The location was good and the room was clean. But it was noisy from the restaurant which was a couple of feet away and the bed was uncomfortable.

Place was great, staff was amazing. Only complaint is that their hot water runs out fast. You have to shower with freezing cold water.
