The hotel is modern, a bit outside of town, but a street car runs right by it. The staff is extremely helpful and explained to us how to get into the center of the city and back. Breakfast buffet is plentiful. There is a spa area but we didn't use it. The one drawback is that while the toilet is in a separate room, the shower and sink are in a corner of your bedroom. That means that one is waking up the other person when using the sink, or when showering. Not a great setup for a hotel. To top it off, the shower has a narrow window that runs the height of the shower. Why? Again bad for privacy, or if you want to keep your partner dreaming. Part of the complex is a Michelin star restaurant and a casino, neither one we tried.

Staff were very friendly and great. But hotel itself was very disappointing and not worth the value. Lobby stank of cigarette, complimentary water was not a sealed bottle but filtered water, no towel was ready and had to be requested, pillow was low quality and uncomfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, do not stay here because there’s a screeching train braking sound every few minutes with trembles from the train passing nearby. Breakfast food was also not impressive.

Had a great time at this hotel! We were on a trip driving through the entire Czech Republic and booked this hotel an hour before arriving. We got a good discount through hotels.com and saved a bunch of money by not booking through the hotel directly. The spa was really fantastic. The room was beautiful and very well kept. Staff were excellent the only downside was that the restaurant was not serving and à la carte menu while we were there and most of the options on the tasting menu were not that appealing to our taste.

Bra upplevelse på alla sätt och vis. Trevligt spa, rymliga och lyxiga rum med fantastiska faciliteter samt en varierad frukost. Personalen kunde kanske bjudit på ett leende någon enstaka gång iallafall men i övrigt inget att klaga på mer än att läget är tråkigt. Det finns mer centrala och trevliga delar av Olomouc.

Magnifique hôtel très confortable ,moderne et loin des gros hôtels plein de monde ,ce qui en fait son charme. Attention aux séparations en verre qui jonche l’hôtel et deviennent invisibles sur un moment d’égarement. A chaque visite je fonce dedans 😂 Le restaurant est magnifique avec une cuisine très recherchée ,malgré une baisse d’originalité qu’il y avait avant le COVID et sûrement dû au départ du précédent cuisinier.

Het Theater Hotel is een prachtig design hotel, mooie ruime kamers met goede faciliteiten. Enig minpunt is dat het restaurant steeds volgeboekt was. Vreemd dat je als hotelgast geen tafeltje kunt krijgen er zijn slechts 20 kamers in het hotel. Jammer. Wellness is daarentegen zeker een aanrader.

Just perfect

Everything was perfect. The hotel looks new, nice modern design, 24/7 front desk. I had a breakfast pack to take away as I was leaving early in the morning. That one could have been a little better with wider variety of breakfast stuff. But overall everything was perfect and the hotel seems to be the best in the city of Olomouc.
