Spot Hotel

Friendly reception staff - but room very small and room service(changing sheets and towels) every two days only (why not put under hotel description?).....and as in Old Town music around all night

Very basic hotel. Staff friendly and location good but rooms are very tired and basic.

Hotel room was nicely decorated and spacious, useful to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The air conditioning worked and came in very handy! Bed had been broken and not fixed particularly well so creaked. On the last night there were 2 cockroaches in the room which we needed to remove (please note it was a very warm day). Roof terrace was lovely but had no shade so we only used it at night.

I wish to complain about this hotel. Despite me phoning hotels.com to be advised that reception was open until 12 midnight and my e mailing them to say I might be late I was locked out. I did arrive before midnight. I eventually gained access because I managed to attract attention of another person staying in the hotel who let me in. I the found a room which was unoccupied and not cleaned and found some clean bedding and slept in it, leaving for the boat to Symi before any staff had turned up at 8.30am. I want my money back and anyone arriving late be warned.
