A localização é muito boa e os funcionários são prestativos. Minha insatisfação ficou por conta da parte elétrica do hotel: as luzes não funcionavam adequadamente, o chuveiro desarmava o disjuntor e a água ficava fria. Além disso, algumas estruturas físicas são bem antigas e precisam de manutenção, como a porta do banheiro, que estava quebrada, e a porta da sacada, que também necessita de reparos. Nada que comprometesse nossa estadia, mas que merece atenção para melhorias.

A fachada muito inadequada, o quarto que ficamos o box hiper apertado, nos colocaram em um quarto que fazia muito barulho de máquina talvez de posso não sei pois era uma tampa de maderite tapampando o local,café da manhã bom porém muito quente o local, ao dizermos o check-in nós que fizemos todos os procedimentos, questionei o porque os respectivos recepcionistas alegaram que seria uma ordem judicialmente governamentais, em fim não gostamos no geral, deixaram muito a desejar pelas devidas colocações ao vender o produto, o hotel, atenciosamente SR Antônio dos Santos Santiago e SR Maria Ana Santiago

A primeira impressão da fachada não é das melhores, pois o hotel aparenta precisar de uma revitalização. Porém, ao entrar, a experiência melhora bastante. A localização é excelente, realmente pé na areia, com uma vista para o mar fantástica e próximo de restaurantes e comércios. A piscina é boa, o café da manhã tem bastante variedade e a equipe é muito atenciosa. O hotel possui uma estrutura ampla e agradável, mas alguns detalhes precisam de atenção. No quarto senti falta de uma lixeira e de um espaço adequado para apoiar notebook ou trabalhar. O ponto mais negativo foi o ar-condicionado, que faz muito barulho e necessita de manutenção urgente. No geral, para quem busca localização privilegiada, acesso direto à praia e um bom custo-benefício, vale a pena. Com alguns ajustes de manutenção e modernização, a experiência poderia ser ainda melhor
