As I stay longer at this hotel—for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with enjoying my stay—management and service keep deteriorating. ​During the week, I requested fresh sheets and bath towels while waving daily housekeeping services. I received almost everything, except for the pillowcases. I requested a broom and a dust pan. I got the broom and a floor squeegee. Furthermore, the hotel Wi-Fi remains slow and unreliable. At the breakfast buffet, the cheese puffs (which are supposed to be gluten-free) are placed right next to standard baked goods. The staff uses the same utensils for both, showing a complete lack of training regarding cross-contamination. ​The disturbances here are ongoing and constant. I have communicated both in writing and in person to managers and supervisors that privacy and safety are basic rights, yet it feels as though I am speaking an entirely different language. The absolute lack of respect, communication, and consideration here is astounding. It is deeply disappointing to see such disregard for a paying guest.

​Unacceptable noise, zero management resolution, and a total lack of peace. ​I am writing this review directly from the hotel, where I have been forced to extend my stay due to work and health reasons. This has been a deeply unpleasant experience. The lack of basic consideration and respect for guest privacy here is staggering. ​My stay has been defined by constant, relentless disturbances from the rooms above and adjacent to mine. This includes non-stop dragging of furniture, heavy thudding on the walls, floor pounding, slammed doors, and even the occasional sound of drilling. I recorded them. On one occasion, I found myself locked out of my room in a hallway that smelled strongly of marijuana. ​What is most frustrating is the absolute lack of accountability. I have fully documented these ongoing issues and escalated them to both Expedia and the hotel management, yet absolutely nothing has been done to remedy the situation. I am currently sitting in my room experiencing these disruptions as I write this. I cannot recommend a hotel that completely fails to provide a peaceful environment or support its guests.

Major Safety, Noise, and Management Concerns – Glad to Leave ​I stayed at Blue Tree Valinhos solely for proximity to nearby healthcare providers, but my experience was deeply disappointing due to ongoing noise and serious safety issues. ​Although I brought my concerns to Expedia and a man identifying himself as the hotel manager, the situation actually deteriorated over time. ​During my stay, I opted out of daily housekeeping and went downstairs to collect fresh linens and towels myself. Staff split my request into two deliveries, and during this process, an individual wearing a mustard hooded cape directed me into a service elevator. Inside, the chemical odor was so suffocating that I came out gagging with tears in my eyes, only able to exit because I held the elevator doors. The person involved avoided facing me directly. ​Noise was another persistent problem. Every night, someone walked loudly in high heels directly above my room, moving to the adjacent apartment when ignored. When I reported this, the general manager dismissed the incidents as normal guest behavior, which I find hard to accept given the pattern. ​Leaving Blue Tree Valinhos felt like a relief. I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a safe, restful, or well-managed stay.

There was no hot water for a shower. Speaking to reception, she asked if I had left the tap running for 10 minutes facing right and 10 minutes facing left. I said I didn't know I had to do that ritual every time I showered. There was only an apology, but I said that the water really does take a while to heat up.
