The room was very dirty. I mentioned it to the manager and I was given another filthy dirty room, and I was told there was no refunds. So I basically paid for a room that I couldn’t occupy because of the dirty dirtyness.

Stayed here as a solo traveler for one night. The area was safe and quiet. There were several options for eating. The check in/out process was easy convenient. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. Plus the room had a nice, fresh scent and didn’t smell like cleaning products. Loved it!

I should have stayed across the street, it was more expensive but had a bar and room service as opposed to value inn you get what you pay for not sure I would stay there again

It's a one star hotel. Ya get what ya pay for. Worth it to spend a little more and stay at a better place. Vehicle parking is right by your room door, so that's convenient.

Pictures are not the actual hotel

Very outdated, pictures online are not accurate, heat barely works…heat was off in room and was freezing. Door to room blasting in cold air. Toilets and bathroom disgusting. Tv remote had no back, microwave absolutely disgusting. Blankets on beds terrible all around terrible place never again We were switched to another room and the toilet was leaking and black crud on the bathroom ceiling

Didn't like property. Drove up tp ro,, after dinner with 3 sheriff cruisers parked outside and 3 sheriff at the room next door. Was told by sheriff, a lot of transits come through there.

This quality of hotels should not be allowed on Hotels.com. It was such poor quality, poorly maintained and very dirty. I rely on this site to offer us a decent variety of lodging for our travel needs and this one failed miserably! If you're ever in the Kenosha Wisconsin area, DONT STAY HERE!

The room doesn't look as clean, bright, and updated as in the photo. The are several row one-level rooms next to the highway. The only update is the floor. All the furniture, the refrigerator, and the doors (and someone has kicked a hole in the door) show the ages. The toilet leaked. I didn't bother to try the shower.

The room advertised is not what we were given. Room service never checked on us for garbage or fresh towels. The phone did not work, we had to walk to the office to request a pillow as one was completely flat. The heat was either hot or off, bathroom door frame was falling apart, and the toilet didn't always flush. We've stayed here before and this is the worst room we've ever had at this location.

This was hotel hell.

This hotel was despicable. I left after being there for under 30 minutes and went and paid $220 for a different room at another hotel. hotels.com was nice enough to get me on the phone with someone that night and issue me a refund and a voucher for my next stay. It was unbelievably dirty, there were live and dead bugs. Cracks in the lighting fixtures were bugs were living. Hair in the drain and on different parts of the floor. Sheets that were completely unclean and stains that I could only be described as blood on the chairs. The hotel should be removed from your website so no other family has to stay there. If you wish for pictures email me and I will get them from my girlfriends cell phone.

Don't stay there. Ever.

We were in town for the Harley 120th and The Foo Fighters concert, and this was the closest "hotel" that we could find without pay $1000.00. We paid $175.00 total for a room that was probably worth $50.00 on a good day. The air conditioner didn't work (it was July 15th), the TV didn't work, there was a sheet missing on the bed and it's just an old motel. It literally only served the purpose of not having to sleep in the car. The staff was pleasant, but everyone kept saying that their hands were tied... no more rooms... nothing they could do. I did mention all of this to the staff and was told that I had to complain to the place that I booked it (Hotels.com) and they would contact them and back and forth. So here I am, doing a review that I had no intention of doing had they just made it right. My advice. Don't stay there. Ever.
