Our stay was so enjoyable at River Ridge Cottages. Our cabin was beautiful and in good shape. We didn't have any trouble finding it and the property had a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Check in was a breeze and we were close to town as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. I also appreciate the affordability for the good quality cabin we were given. I highly recommend River Ridge Cottages. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This property is in a beautiful location, and our room had a best view of the woods and river nearby. Our room was actually two rooms with a bathroom in between. It was a warm day, however, and our suite was quite warm. Without AC, we had to open the windows, all of which hadn’t been lubricated in a long while. That were tough to open or close and were quite noisy. The two rooms each had a sink with separate hot and cold water faucets. One of the sinks dripped on both sides, and it took a lot of pressure to turn them off. The kitchen sink was the only place with a common hot/cold faucet to facilitate hand and face washing. Only one small soap bar was supplied for the whole unit. Dishes and glasses were haphazard and insufficient in number. In summary, this property needs a major update. Now, it looks like the owners are coasting along collecting rents that are too high for the product provided.

This place was very comfortable, quiet and safe. Having 2 rooms, 2 baths and 2 TV's is always a luxury while on our road trip. Although we weren't on the river side, the apartment had character, and was very cozy.
