Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Lovely touch with the complimentary drinks in the room. A little noisy at night from the bar downstairs but not much of an inconvenience really

Mark, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Adequate for an over night stop, clean and tidy but no tea/coffee making equipment, no tv remote to be able to use tv. Staff all pleasant and polite.
Sandra, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows - very comfortable. Shower pressure good. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere in Lobby was really nice and the food was delicious. Great venue that I would recommend.
Stefania, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Excellent staff and hotel The only downside to our stay was the loud music Parties are held downstairs in the bar area until midnight being a hotel I was hoping for a more relaxed hotel with background music at an acceptable level
John, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Stayed in a standard room for a single night as we were in Birmingham for a family event. Room was perfectly good for just the one night, but great that we could park on site and location is perfect both for the city centre and for the Jewellery Quarter. Bar and restaurant area looked very nice though sadly our timings meant we weren't able to eat at the hotel on this occasion.
Paul, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Very overpriced with faulty lift, broken lock on room door and ridiculously loud music in the bar until past midnight.
Jeremy, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lovely area of the city and close to city, train station etc. nice bar and restaurant on site.
Rachel, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Lynn, 1-night trip

Carole, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Great hotel

Lovely stay and very friendly staff. Perfect location.
Natalie, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The bed was very comfortable and room spacious and airy. The stay was enjoyable and memorable with friendly staff who provided an outstanding service, I got an upgraded room and they even providing an extra early breakfast for me as I was an early checkout. It’s a city centre bar hotel so obviously it gets a bit noisy! But with this comes the personable experience you don’t get with chain hotels. Bring your ear plugs if it bothers you! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Rachel, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Again a lovely stay.

Yet again another nice stay at St Paul's house. The room was lovely and quiet, comfortable bed, very good area convenient for restaurants and bars near by without going into the centre of Birmingham.
Deborah, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

A very pleasant hotel
stephen, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Lovely hotel. Great location and atmosphere. My room was spacious and well appointed However it was by a kitchen vent so a bit noisy in the morning.
Anna, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

I read the reviews so was aware of the lift not working (still not working) and the noise from air con unit outside. The windows were single pane I think so it is quite noisy. Cleanliness was ok but not great. Staff could have been friendlier. Food was good in the restaurant downstairs. Also when we returned to the room at 10 we couldn’t get back into our room even though checkout was at 11. Overall an average place to stay- but expensive considering!
Celine, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Enjoyed having a restaurant and bar below room. Hotel was within walking distance to public transportation but also had several places of interest nearby as well.
Elizabeth, 6-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Really excellent customer service and the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is well maintained.
