The staff was amazing and super helpful and kind. Check in and out was super easy. It was a very chill area about 15 mins away from downtown. Loved it. I would definitely stay there again.

The good… Love the free cookies, staff was helpful. Walking distance to the United Center, which was huge, fairly clean. Downside, pretty small rooms, area a little sketchy, there really is no breakfast. But if you’re staying there because you’re doing an event at the United center, it’s perfect.

4/10 Fair

This hotel is old and in need of a renovation. It's conveniently located near the arena if you're in town for a concert. Other than that, there's nothing in this part of town.

Was a little disappointed in parking. Nothing available in the hotel lot and we got there at 3:30. Worked out and parked in the public lot next door. Great location to United Center.

The room and hotel was clean, quiet and safe. It's a 15 minute walk to the United center. My initial greeting was off putting. It took 3 times for the clerk to let us in. I felt I was an inconvenience to her.

The property was very clean, the staff was cool, the bed, and the room were a little small for two people. I like the fact that you needed a room key card to enter the hotel, but the breakfast was a complete let down.. overall I would recommend the room. I would actually stay again. Just please upgrade the breakfast for a better review ✌️

6/10 Good

The lady at the front desk was very rude, she rolled her eyes at everything I said just because I helped my husband to answer some questions. I booked this hotels to go to the concert at United center. Location was good but for the price and service, better go somewhere else. The smell in the lobby and hallway wasn't pleasant, they tried to cover it by putting febreeze plug in everywhere. The room was clean, decoration was standard, shower was small. It's not the best experience because of the lady at front desk.

The room was small but clean. The bed seemed smaller than a double but wasn't a big deal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there to go to the University of Chicago hospital, which was very close by. The hotel parking is $25, however I parked in the lot next door for $11 all night.
