Lovely hotel small but extremely clean everything you need. Only complaint was breakast needs a tea pot for tea not a machine that gives you about quarter of a cup of water and also coffee only thing about this hotel that needs addressing. We had a fantastic stay other than the drinks.

We recently stayed at Le 10 Bis Hotel during our trip to Paris, and overall we had a great experience. The room was excellent, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and we couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is also ideal, with easy access to many of Paris's attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we dealt with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although we experienced an issue during our stay relating to renovation works that had not been communicated before our arrival, the hotel took our concerns seriously. Pauline, in particular, handled our complaint exceptionally well. She kept us informed throughout, responded promptly to our emails, and worked hard to reach a fair resolution. Her customer service was outstanding and turned what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. No hotel is perfect, and sometimes things don't go to plan. What matters is how those situations are handled, and Le 10 Bis Hotel demonstrated that they genuinely care about their guests and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Thank you to Pauline and the entire team for looking after us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Le 10 Bis Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and we would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel on a quiet street in the 17ième arrondissement. Strong air conditioning (stayed during a week where daily highs were >95°F), clean rooms, nice bathroom, friendly staff. My room faced a courtyard and I didn’t have any issues with noise (except during the French vs Morocco World Cup quarterfinals when I’m sure half the city was yelling — didn’t mind since it helped me keep score and added to my cultural experience). Two notes for consideration: 1) room was petite. I didn’t mind at all - met my expectations for boutique Paris hotel - but would’ve been tighter for 2x people. Manageable but worth considering if you have a lot of luggage / more than one person in the room. There’s still closet space to use, though. 2) Hotel keys didn’t leave the property. Assumed this was because the key fobs used to access the rooms would be expensive to replace if they went missing. Again, I didn’t mind: there was always someone available at the concierge desk and they were lovely and very friendly when accepting/returning my key each day (even when I left the hotel 3x in one evening…). Grateful for the concierge and housekeeping staff for making my stay enjoyable - would come back :)

Staff were very friendly throughtout the stay. Nice seating area downstairs, We were facing the street so lots of noise throughtout the night, so if your sensitive to noise id suggest a room at the back of the hotel, We booked a prestige room but it was small, Bathroom was very small, we had the toilet in a cupboard. Such a shame as the hotel is very nice and in a good location for sightseeing.

A small but luxurious hotel, staff are really friendly. communicate in fluent English, making it convenient for international guests. Rooms are certainly on the smaller side, but are in a good state. We arrived at 7 AM leaving we would have to wait until the afternoon to get a room, but we’re pleasantly surprised when they immediately allow us entry into our rooms. All employees are extremely friendly and helpful rooms are very clean and well organized. Highly recommend to triumph is about four blocks away.
