I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We LOVED everything about it!! It is a charming and cute boutique hotel, so warm and inviting. The location was nice as it was so close to many great restaurants, many of the main sites in the city and near the pickup spots for the tours that we took. The breakfast was outstanding with eggs and fresh fruit with beautiful views of the city from the breakfast room. But by far the best part of our stay was the incredible staff. We have never had such personalized service from any other place that we have ever stayed. The attention and consideration from the staff have spoiled us from this point on as I sincerely doubt any other place will show their guests as much sincere appreciation and care as they did. If you are traveling to Quito, stay here!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful old building. Centrally located for the old town. Staff are really friendly. Rooms are well appointed and clean. The altitude gets you on the walk up the stairs but you get acclimatised quickly! The dining room has the best views in the city. And the breakfasts are really delicious. And the chef is fantastic at altering the offering for any dietary. Highly recommend
