Incredible hotel with terrific staff. The views of the sea were magical and the breakfasts were delicious. From our porter meeting us at the parking lot and carrying all our luggage to the great suggestions given by the concierge, our stay here was perfect and we would highly recommend this hotel. It’s a lot of steps down but that only adds to the cave-like romantic views set into the caldera stone.

This place was amazing. Where our suite was located, we had a great view of the caldera with privacy. The room was great with traditional cave and modern touches. Relaxing hot tub with a view, you can't beat that. The best part was the staff, the reception and porter were great. They were attentive and helpful with recommendations on what to do and eat. Breakfast was brought to your room to eat while enjoying the view. I would definitely return here for my next trip to Santorini.

Anastasia, who works at reception, was awesome. She was very kind and helpful. She explained how to get to know the island and let us know we could reach out to her through WhatsApp whenever we needed. She always responded right away. I highly recommend the resort. The view from the resort is breathtaking, and everything is well-maintained and clean. All the staff were very nice and kind. I will definitely come back!

Most peaceful, quiet and friendly staff of anywhere we have ever stayed. Anastasia goes above and beyond to mute sure your stay is amazing, morning breakfast outside of our room every morning was always delicious! Just watching Dimitri being able to carry 70 pounds of luggage over his shoulder in one trip and go up and down 119 steps was impressive! The view is amazing and I would highly recommend staying here if you want peace and quiet with a great view.

The stay was perfect! Martina greeted us right away and the porter helped us with the luggage. We love the hospitality of the staffs there. Night shift Dimitri is always happy and full of energy , pool bar - bartender he made the best cocktail! Sorry I didn’t catch his name ~ we love the location is so close like 3-5mins walk to the walking street but away enough to be quiet and relax. Room was clean and spacious and the view was incredible! Highly recommend this place for your stay in Oia !!! And we have breakfast delivered to the patio everything morning so we get to enjoy the beautiful view while having our breakfast that was part of the room booking ! Amazing! Thank you all for your amazing hospitality!

This property have lot of pros and corns. Pros: great service, great people, nice view, everything within walking distance, local shop Cons: Walk stairs to go local shop or around was the hardest part. Even I'm very active with sports but the stairs have build in this hotel was insane and wouldn't recommend any parents or elder to stay here. Also, had issue with hot water that comes for 5 minutes then get cold water, and finally jet tub had lot of bugs in water and dirty. Definitely I paid way too much for the hotel that I didn't enjoy most in my Europe trip.
