Très déçu de cet hôtel, on a payé cher pour ce que c’est, il manquait une serviette, le ménage laissait à désirer, nous sommes arriver tard et la borne à l’entrée ne marchait pas, on a dut appeler l’astreinte (qui elle a été très réactive) et pour clôturer le tout, le matin on s’est fait réveiller à 9h par la femme de ménage qui est rentrée dans la chambre (même si ces dernières étaient très gentilles)

Le séjour a été à la hauteur des attentes. Même si ce n’est pas un hôtel de luxe, l’hôtel est récent et entretenu cela se voit. Je mets un mention spéciale pour le personnel de la réception, car il faisait une chaleur étouffante à Pau ce jour là, je suis allé courir du coup vers 22h, sur le retour je suis tombé (rien de méchant) et le personnel qui était en train de partir est revenu pour me donner du désinfectant, des compresses et des pansements sans se soucier de l’heure. Merci.
