Overall it's good, it delivers - clean well maintained space close to the train in a clean nice area - room is very basic, don't expect much, if you are traveling for business or tourism and need good pricing & place to sleep, this is a good place to book.

2/10 Poor

When we arrived the staff could not find our booking and it seemed they didn’t understand their own system. Their poor english skill did not help. Ended up paying full price for lesser rooms in addition to the payment we already made online. Tried to reach the customer service of hotels.com but that proved very difficult. Managed to chat with a human eventually and he said he would fix it. Now one week later no word from them. Bad experience all in all. On top of my frustration they keep bugging me for a review, so i obliged.

Very little sleep

Passive fan noise in the room was intollerable. Didn't sleep much. Why on earth not have one that can be turned off???
