staff were super, our room really nice (had been updated), extra large comfortable king bed, breakfast was continental (no hot eggs or meat) but everything else, bagels, muffins, juice, hot/cold cereal, fruit, etc and of course coffee...building bit tired, super dog friendly and staff bent over backwards to be helpful...

Port Hardy is a remote location and visitors need to understand that. Hotel was clean and comfortable for the stay and had good room amenities as well as options at the hotel including onsite beer and spirits, restaurant and a selection of convenience goods. We had a renovated room with a small kitchenette and a small balcony. Everything was great from the bathroom to the kitchenette and the very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was good with average items. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel. Price was great as well.
