Excellent resort in centre Apia…Samoa

Very nice location, excellent customer service, the check in was smooth and beyond my expectations. A lovely lady who took me to my room, she includes all resort information also the most interesting sightseeing of Samoa, Later on I knew her name is Hannah, director of customer service of the hotel, outstanding communication skills with guest, well done. Breakfast buffet has various options for local and international cuisine, I do like their special coffee with soy milk; Friday night there is a dance show with fire dance, is absolutely amazing. Overall is a great place for vacation in Samoa.

An EXCEPTIONAL Accomadation

There were many of my Family members that booked in this Hotel in Apia. Great location and wonderful staff. Ms Lofi & Ms Elaina Hotel Reception Managers and their team were very inviting, hospitable and professional. Room cleaners and restaurant staff (servers & cooks) very professional and thorough in their duties and responsibilities. Bell hop and security teams and some of their maintenance members were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My stay was perfect. Surrounding and views were excellent. Question if i would recommend this Hotel to friends, family and travelers absolutely YES.

Aggie Grey was a home away from home!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the front desk has remarkable customer service and when presented with a challenge they always have a solution. When my family and I return we will be back to see our Aggie Grey family.

Cleanliness even tho the runners were a bit dirty, but the rooms are beautiful and I hope you keep up the cleanliness. Staff as I have said in the survey, that the communication is key and I know that you have staff undergoing training, but other than that it was a pleasant stay, lets just say it was way way way better than Le Uaina.

Best accomodation in Samoa!

Sheraton is a must if you are looking for accommodation in Samoa. Rooms were amazing and food was even better. Customer service was absolutely top tier and every single staff member were extremely kind and super helpful. Be sure to also check out their fiafia night as you will not be disappointed. Special mention to Henry and bar staff Mareko & Tino for always going above and beyond for us!

The best first family Holiday

The stay was so amazing this was the first family holiday we done and we loved every part of it, the resort was amazing the people were great, thank you so much to the team for helping us with a our babies while we’re there, a special mention to the Manager Kirk, to the from desk team and also the restaurant staff Ioana, Theresa & Sisi. Massive thank you to the ladies who pampered us in the spa they made us feel so special. We will definitely be back again

Workers are great at what they do. They are friendly and polite. However, the room was stale and musty once you open the door. Clearly water not properly drained since being flooded. Not friendly to the elderly and handicapped. The pool has no overflow vents. The toilet paper was cheap. The shower handle falls off all the time. Last, feral cats scratched your legs as you eat. Maybe they are left there to control mice.
