I was unsure about staying in a hostel but this one is an excellent choice for convenience. The staff/customer service made me extend my stay! I met and hungout with my other roommates around the city which made the experience better to meet new people. The rooms were clean and nice and had lockers to store items. Great one, but needs fixing

The socket next to the bed was broken, so it made life a little complicated when you can't charge your phone at your own place. Plus we didn't know how to close the window for the night but fortunatelly it was warm. Staff was really nice and location was perfect.

The staff are friendly and nice. The place however is sub-par compared to similar hostels. I did not enjoy the overall experience and wanted to leave after my first night (booked for 2 nights). They said they couldn't give me a refund for the second night - which is understandable but I am still waiting for a refund of local and council taxes collected for both nights.
