Wonderful staff who were friendly, patient and helpful at all times. Great breakfast bar that caters for all tastes. Clean and tidy room that was a little too warm sometimes but you could open the window unlike some hotels. Overall excellent.

Love this area of Cheonan! The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a friendly & helpful staff. There was plenty of parking, and it’s located in a convenient & fun area near restaurants, cinema, stadium, shopping, hillside trails, and a big park. We will be back. :)

Excellent location, close to all the fun in Cheonan. Problems: Had to switch rooms because first one had wet spot on carpet with accompanying musty smell. Second room: TV inputs didn’t work, toilet leaked water, tea bag coffee was terrible, window exterior looked like it had never been cleaned, safe didn’t open. Could have complained about these things but was just happy to be in non-musty room. On the plus side, the men’s spa on the top floor was nice.

Nice location. They don't have any bedding that is non-feathers, so I had to sleep with just a sheet as a cover and use towels as pillows. My neck is hurting very badly now. When I used the shower, I noticed that there was a used toothbrush from a previous guest, so I don't know how well they cleaned it.

Staff were nice, the facilities were well managed. I loved the gym and sauna, but the only downside was that the temperature of hot bath was not warm enough. If the water temperatue was 2-3 degrees higher, would be perfect. Except this, everything was fine :)
