Slept so well

It was a lovely stay. The room was small but the bed was super comfortable and huge! Easy to get out and walk and there is a cafe downstairs.

Ticked all the boxes

This may be my new favourite hotel in NY. Generously sized room, insulated from street noise, friendly and helpful staff, well decorated, and centrally located. It ticked all of the boxes!

Quaint boutique hotel with nice and quiet room.

A decent hotel

Summary: A decent choice if location is of highest priority else I would prefer a Marriott or any other chain hotel in FiDi if similarly priced. Good: Location | Clean | Comfortable | Really good everyday room cleaning | King bed was nice and comfortable Bad: Too small rooms | Hotel is too small without any amenities | Mosquitos if you open windows as there are no wire mesh | no source of fresh air as the windows open to some internal alley that does not seemed to be cleaned for ages | Closet smells from lack of any air circulation

The hotel was in a perfect location for our trip. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was small but clean. I didn’t not like the lighting situation with having to put the in the slot

Hotel was nice but first night had a very loud plumbing sound on and off all night long that kept waking me up. Requested to move rooms, which they honored, but all the rooms are SUPER tiny and barely a window. Would not stay again.

My favorite boutique property to stay at when traveling solo on my own dime. Amazing value, still stylish and all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay.

I’m a tea person and drink tea day and night, so when I found out there is no tea kettle I panicked, fortunately when I went to front desk the staff promptly said they could provide one and delivered to my room within minutes. The service and the tea kettle made the staying an enjoyable experience.

I dont understand the low ratings for this hotel. But when my wife and I did an unplanned trip to nyc, we booked this hotel and it was amazing. Cant complaint about anything except the sink was too big that it was way too close to the toilet, forcing you to learn a bit forward when you sit on it. Other than that, the room was client and comfortable, the location was amazing. Most important of all was the staff.

Disappointed Stay

The water pressure in our room was horrible, I complained about three times and nothing was done. Our refrigerator made a lot of noise. I come to NYC twice a year for business and I can in advance and request a room that I have stayed in before that was decent but they didn't accommodate. I stay at the hotel for the location only. Also, the rooms don't have enough outlets for today's day and age when we have to charge our devices, etc... The outlets that do exist are occupied with the lighting in the rooms.
