Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed.
