The hotel, the room and the service are all very good. The car park is not good. The parking charge must be done by the hotel, the management of the parking is very rude and not helpful.

I did not like this hotel after getting a real guest service from a different hotel at the same time just a week ago. This hotel was Terribly overpriced for what you get. The room was nothing special, but the worst part was the valet service. They charged me without informing ahead of time. Also they did not mention anything at all, about the perks such as the food discount or room upgrade.

Initial booking, there’s error, sent a message that two guests and will pay 2nd person breakfast. Hotel didn’t bother to reply. On arrival 1st September found that I have to call Expedia.com. I didn’t book through Expedia. It’s not possible to contact hotel.com or Expedia at that time.If I have booked two persons stay at the time of booking, it should be the same cost.

Staff, They barely speak english, when I try to further communicate they hang up and say no english. After my surgery I requested someone to help with my bag down. No one came, I called then again they said later I mentioned my ride is waiting for me down they just said ok ok and goodbye, they never sent anyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Otelin temizliği, konforu, güler yüzlü personeli ve kaliteli hizmeti gerçekten takdire değerdi. Odalar son derece düzenli ve rahattı. Her detay misafirlerin memnuniyeti düşünülerek hazırlanmış.
