Checkout was at 10 am. I as there only for one night, got in on a late flight, so I was essentially kicked out after a 10 hour stay. No exceptions to the 10 am rule. No late checkouts or optional fee. No service at the front desk the next day to get a taxi.

Apartament Medena

Städningen glömdes bort fick påminna i receptionen och även handdukar och påfyllning av toalettpapper och tvål var vi tvungna att säga till om. Lägenheterna var okej men runt omkring var det mycket nerstängda och övergivna byggnader, känndes som de har haft sina glansdagar för 10 år sedan minst.

Vi nød ikke opholdet.

Lejligheden lugtede af en slagter og var meget beskidt da vi modtog lejligheden. Vi fik en ny en lejlighed, fordi vi selv sagde det. Den var også beskidt og lugtede. Intet internet i værelserne. Der var kun to stole ude i altan selvom bi var 4. Generelt ikke tilfreds med hele opholdet.

Vi fik ingen rengøring de dage vi boede der, min mand måtte selv henvende sig på 4 dagen om, at vi ingen rengøring havde fået og de lovede, at sende rengøring ned til os. Vi fik så 4 håndklæder, klokken 18.00 og en skraldepose - men ingen rengøring. Der var svamp på badeværelset. Da vi kom var der heller ingen fjernbetjening til vores A/C . Så måtte min mand også selv hente i receptionen. Men deres nye poolområde var rigtig godt, især til mindre børn da der er lavet et stor poolområde til børn. Der ligger placeret rigtig godt i forhold til byen, stranden, hyggeligt område og gode faciliteter. Men service halter, og manglende rengøring som sagt.

Vidunderligt sted for familier

Stort sted med lejligheder og terrasser helt ned til stranden med gode restauranter. Masser af faciliteter for unge med sports aktiviteter. Vandet er helt klart og uden de store bølger. Der er dog trapper så man skal lidt op og ned i terrænnet

Enkelte ansatte på hotellet ved siden av som sammarbeider med leilighetene var ikke service innstilt og var frekk. Prøvde å spise et måltid på restauranten ved stranden, men ble forstyrret av 5-10 veps som svermet rundt oss og maten. Gikk ikke an å spise noe, da du nesten ble «angrepet» av vepsen. Og ingen sympati fra ansatte de sto bare å lo, spesielt en ansatt ved navnet Tony virket veldig sur når han kom for å ta bestillingen vår. Derimot på restauranten nedenfor leiligheten vår, alle var service innstilte og kjempe snille. Tok seg tid til å snakke med gjestene, og spesielt Zelina som jobbet der var helt fantastisk! De som jobbet i resepsjonen til leilighetene var super koselig og kjempe hyggelig. Anbefaler å IKKE spise på restauranten til hotellet vedsiden av!!

Flott strand - slitne bygninger

Det positive: Flott strand ved leilighetene. Fine rom, nylig oppsusset. Ok lunsjrestauranter ved stranda. Bra med vanlig butikk på anlegget. Det negative: Bygningene ser ut som fra Jugoslavia. Slitne. De tre små svømmebassengene er veldig små. Ikke som på bildene! Minigolf helt forfalt og umulig å bruke. Dyrt på stranden. 1 time vannscooter: 180 euro. Null wifi på rommene. Dyr og dårlig frokost. Vi kjøpte heller i butikken, til rommet. Vanvittig støy fra et helt forferdelig karaoke-opplegg på terrassen ved resepsjonen mens flere ville se fotball-EM. Litt østeuropeisk stil over alt Ellers anbefales kvelder i Trogir. Syv euro i Uber. Få restauranter på kvelden ved leilighetene.
