The location was perfect just outside the main hub , the receptionist she was fabulous very welcoming and helped us with maps and advice to see and navigate around the city . Our room was comfortable good sized double and plenty of bedroom furniture and a good shower. Breakfast was a good standard with decent coffee. Pleased with our 4 night stay.

Only stayed 1 night, wish I had booked a longer stay. Room was clean and exactly what we needed for our stay. Breakfast had wonderful fresh pastries and cakes. Only place we encountered with instant coffee, but the fresh cake more than made up for that. Beautifully restored apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop off luggage early (9am) after getting off overnight ferry.

The host was kindly enough to arrange check-in at a time convenient to us, and the communication was smooth. The room itself was large, but the mattress felt a bit old. This is the most beautiful B & B in Palermo. We stayed in a room that the the most gorgeous Al Fresco ceiling and spectacular Mruano Crystal Chandelier. The manager of the B&B even even walked our luggage to the next hotel so we did not have to carry it over the cobblestone streets and sidewalks. Everything was PERFECT at B&B Palazzo Benso.

Little gem of a place

Friendly, relaxed stay for 3 nights. Staff were just lovely, couldn't be more helpful. Clean, large room with a view out over the street, but still quiet. It was a little bit out of the main town, about a 25 minute walk to the train station, but there is an airport bus stop just a 5 minute walk away, and all the sights are walkable - Palermo isn't a large city. Breakfast was usual Italian fare, plenty to start the day, and great strong coffee to wake you up! Great choice of restaurants and bars nearby too. Would definitely recommend.
