Good location Dated hotel

Location excellent for walking. A taxi ride to the station and ferry terminal. Rooms dated and a lot of noise from water pipes and lift wells. Coffee machine in bar not working. I would not stay again

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and very accommodating to our requests. We loved the pool and the garden around it - so lush, beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only two minor things I disliked were the loud noise from the elevator at night and the shortage of lounging chairs at the pool (you need to secure yours in the morning). Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. Chellah will be our go-to hotel in the future.

The windows in the room wouldn't close, so I woke-up cold. The blinds wouldn't open either, so the room was completely dark the whole time. Shower took approx. 5 minutes to get warm. I booked this hotel to relax by the pool, however the pool was empty and there were no loungers. I ended up leaving the hotel 2 days early to check-in somewhere else.

Not what l expected...

Food, was ok. Service was very nice..but the room...not at all what was shown on the online booking: Old smell, old carpets, booked a double bed and i got 2 separate beds, shower was falling appart. Expect loud show music up til midnight even with closed windows, AC but no remote to use it and a TV as small as my hand.
