Great Location and Service

Room was a little warm but apart from not being able to keep any drinks cold the room, location and service were excellent. Breakfast had a good selection and was well organised while the pool area was clean and we enjoyed a nice refreshing morning swim to kick start the day. Would certainly stay there again.

Stay away

Room was dated , bathroom fixtures broken, no Airconditioning so you’re forced to leave the balcony door open for ventilation which in itself was not an issue but the mosquito’s and flying insects that came in where. Being forced to leave the door open also created ridiculous traffic noice which subsided after midnight and resumed around 5am, awful! Loud rude guest could be heard talking until early hours of the night, I seriously considered sleeping in my rental car. My suggestion stay away.

Lo mejor del hotel son las vistas a la montaña. Desayuno bien decente y camas cómodas. El hotel tiene una piscina pequeña pero estupenda para darse un baño. Puertas correderas y persianas de las habitaciones necesitan una puesta al día.

Fantastisk balkon med udsigt over bjergene! Dejlig morgenmad. Det kunne have været rart, om det var muligt at få morgenmad inden kl. 8, da det er en fordel at komme ud at vandre tidligt. Lille lokal tapas restaurant i byen- lækker mad og mega hyggeligt at sidde på torvet. Man føler sig hjemme på hotellet (som dog er lidt slidt nogle steder). Venligt personale

Hébergement accusant son âge. Clairement pas un 3 étoiles mais plus 2 (même s'il y a une piscine (et c'est bien son seul atout). Le personnel (très gentil au demeurant) polyglotte l'est surtout grâce à Google translator. Le sèche cheveux est sur demande. Il y a bien un bureau mais pas de siège par manque de place. Insonorisation inexistante avec en plus des portes creuses qui résonnent. Pas de clim (à 35°C c'est soit les mouches le jour soit les moustiques la nuit), une ventilation inexistante et donc une humidité persistante et des moisissures + rouille dans la pièce d'eau. Targette de porte de salle de bain cassée comme le carrelage. Robinetterie qui fuie. Buffet de petit déjeuner correct même si rien n'est fait sur place.

Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos.

Decepcionante

Una decepción.La habitación horrible,enchufes rotos,muebles deteriorados.Había pelos en las sábanas,arañas..La piscina con la pintura deteriorada.Nada que ver con las fotos.No volveríamos nunca y menos por lo caro que fué y como está.Mi hijo cuando entró en la habitación se echó a llorar,con eso lo digo todo.

Hôtel médiocre.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et à part l'accueil ce nest pas un hotel à recommander. Bien de l'extérieur mais horrible à l'intérieur surtout la chambre 105. Rideaux cassés, carrelage fêlé, tablette de la salle de bain cassée, bouton deau froide de la baignoire qui vous reste dans les mains, chasse d'eau qui fuit, insonorisation catastrophique et piscine dont la peinture s'écaille.
Volet ne fonctionnant pas et restant dans cette position.
Volet impossible à remonter.
Tablette cassée.
Carrelage avec des fêlures.

Hilos de tela de araña, invasion de moscas, en una habitacion hay persiana y en otra solo está la caja donde se enrolla la correa. Un despropósito por dejadez en muchos detalles más.

No me fue posible alojarme en el hotel, no recibí la confirmación de la reserva, llamé siete veces al hotel y no me cogieron el teléfono, mandé mensajes y no me respondieron, me personé en el hotel en la segunda noche y me contestaron que mi habitación estaba ocupada y que por lo tanto no me podían dar alojamiento porque estaba completo el hotel. Por este motivo, reclamo el importe por no dejarme disfrutar de la estancia.
