Amazing Cost/quality ratio

The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel.

Grote nette kamers met grote badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was goed, geen groot buffet maar voldoende keuze. Auto kan gratis op afgesloten parking bij hotel. Klein terras op binnenplaats van hotel. ´s morgens straat oversteken en je kan naar het water wandelen, heerlijk met de hond. Gaan dit hotel opnieuw boeken voor lang weekend.

Hotel passable, un nettoyage des pulseurs de clim ne serait pas du luxe du tout ainsi qu’un rafraichissement des chambres. C’est sombre et ça sent l’humidité si pas la moisissure avec les clim sales. Bref cela ne valait pas franchement le prix payé, heureusement que le personnel rehausse le niveau!

Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale pour 2 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 chien. A notre arrivée, on nous a demandé de régler des personnes supplémentaires et 2 petits déjeuners alors que ça avait été déjà compté par Hôtel.com, soit-disant un problème de communication avec le site ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner est léger. Il manque de la brioche, des oeufs brouillés, de la charcuterie, les fruits ne semblaient pas très frais (bananes presque noires). Sinon, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Il manque un placard de rangement dans la chambre. Le parking est bien sécurisé avec code. L'emplacement est bien, au calme tout en étant proche d'un quartier animé.

J’ai réservé une chambre confort, j’ai eu une chambre triple avec un petit lit double de 140cm. Le sol n’était pas propre. Il y avait une seule serviette pour les mains, le visage et le corps. Inutile de payer pour une chambre confort !
