Pool unusable. Changed rooms many times before finding one with a working bathroom. Hotel is mostly abandoned and too big for the current number of staff to deal with. Reminded me of the hotel from the movie, "the shining"

Llegue y no me pudieron cobrar con tarjeta. No habia terminal, a pesar de que dicen que si la tienen, tuve que ir a buscar un cajero a la calle en la noche. No hay servico de restaurante, ni alberca ni nada. Esta super descuidado. Muy mal, yo recuerdo este hotel de niña, y era maravilloso, hoy esta horrible, ni un recibo me pudieron dar.

Es una lastima que hayan dejado caer asi este hotel con tanta tradición , solo había una persona para atender todo el hotel desde la recepción , la conservación del inmueble es deprimente ninguno de los servicios excepto la alberca funciona necesitas indicar un horario para que haya agua caliente en la habitacion, la cual tuvimos que solicitar cambio porque estaba sucia en exceso los muebles con restos de comida las cabeceras polvosas muy mala experiencia

Aunque se ofrece servicio de internet en las habitaciones la señal es muy mala, nunca pude acceder con la computadora. Desafortunadamente está cerrado el restaurante, era buena opción antes, rico y económico para comer. Los pisos de la habitación con mucho polvo. La TV solo tiene 3 canales

No me gusto q no hubiera agua caliente en la noche. Y lo peor, ni siquiera salió el agua de la llave de la caliente,hasta al otro….y ni salió caliente, solo templada tirando a fría. Son instalaciones demasiado viejas sin mantenimiento. En el piso del baño había una fuga de agua. Se desperdicia demasiada agua para que salga la caliente. Y repito, nunca salió caliente, solo templada. Da tristeza ver y experimentar el declive de un lugar tan icónico de fortín. Para mi era el hotel “Ruiz Galindo”. Ahora solo es el monumento al “abandono”

La opción para poder ingresar al estacionamiento está deficiente, ya que cayendo la noche ponen los candados, y primero hay que ir a reportarse por la parte de enfrente para que lo abran, y después perder tiempo en volver a retornar alrededor de la manzana, ya que se encuentra en la parte de atrás del hotel.

La alberca luce bien. Su wifi es muy malo. No tiene enchufes suficientes en la habitación. No se puede trabajar en laptop, pues el único enchufe en la habitación está muy deteriorado y es solo de dos polos. La regadera casi tapada.

Un hotel de pésima calidad , la habitación con las sabanas sucias , las toallas rotas, el personal del hotel con aliento alcoholico, la piscina con restos de comida , entre al hotel y las 2 horas preferí pagar otro hotel en Orizaba e irme de esta muy mala experiencia y la pedida de los 2,300 pesos que pague por este mal servicio

Es muy decepcionante ver un hotel que en los años 60 a70 y 80 se mantenía en un nivel muy alto para turista internacional y nacional y ahora se ve abandonado con un mínimo servicio de gente trabajando y toallas sucias y con mal olor lastima d hotel para mí es un hotel que es un orgullo para el lugar en donde está pero ya estabas en ruinas

Hotel construido hace 80 años en buen estado, los pisos de las habitaciones son nuevos pero por favor remodelen los baños. Además se requiere agua suficientemente caliente para bañar a un bebé. Allí fallaron. Muy bien ubicado, cerca del parque con personal muy amable.

El hotel necesita una remodelación para seguir siendo colonial pero estar vigente, sin embargo, es cómodo y se nota el esfuerzo que hacen los pocos empleados del lugar por dar un buen servicio. Desde niña me hospedo en este hotel y considero que es una excelente opción como hotel para descansar y remembrar épocas antiguas. mi único pero es la inestablidad del internet Lástima que no me toco época de flores para nadar en ellas, espero que sigan con esa bonita tradición
