Everything was great. Shower on/off was a little different and they could put a box of tissues in bathroom. But really, a great place to stay in Greenpoint.

My room was excellent. The cleanliness and tidiness were outstanding. The kitchen was fully stocked. And the living area actually had throw blankets which were great. The bedroom was big and had plenty of area to place my luggage. The outside patio was quaint and delightful to sit.

2/10 Mala

I'm very frustrated with this property. When we entered the room, it was filthy and there was an intense chemical smell coming from all corners of the room. My partner had an extreme allergic reaction. We have been attempting to contact the manager for a full week to receive a refund and we are told he is only available by email (sent three over the course of a week and haven't heard from him), and that he is only available by phone for a few hours on Mondays. We feel taken advantage of. This is so unacceptable. Avoid this place at all, all costs. I will be leaving a review on every single platform possible to warn future guests until I receive the refund we deserve.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Nice location. I’ve stayed twice now and both times were great!

My room was a suite and it was very large and comfortable. There was a fridge and it did have two bottles of complimentary water in it but after those were used, they were not replaced. There was also no area that had snacks available for purchase so if you came back hungry, there was nothing to purchase to eat. The shower/tub was quite large but the ledge was very high and there was no nonslip mat in the tub. There were grab bars and that was good but I asked for a mat and they provided one but it was old and not clean - however, it did the trick. Overall it was very comfortable and the staff was great. I would stay there again. Great area.

Staff was very friendly; the room was large and spacious and included a full kitchen. The hotel is very close to multiple restaurants and a grocery store which makes it very covenant.
