We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The location is excellent and was definitely the biggest advantage of our stay, with easy access to everything we needed.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in desperate need of maintenance. The shower hose leaked , the faux leather headboard was peeling badly, and the carpet was heavily stained, making the room feel neglected. There was only one drinking glass provided despite it being a double room, and the room wasn’t equipped with basic amenities such as an iron or shampoo and conditioner.
Housekeeping was particularly disappointing. The cleaners appeared to do little more than replenish the toilet paper. The only glass we had wasn’t replaced or washed up even once. There was no noticeable dusting or proper cleaning at all.
The breakfast was adequate, but the restaurant also reflected the lack of maintenance and attention. None of the dishes were labelled. This is not only confusing for guests who are unfamiliar with Polish cuisine and may not know what they are eating, but, more importantly, it is a serious issue for people with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Nearly every table was wobbly, making it uncomfortable to eat.
Overall, while the fantastic location is a major plus, the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and missing basic amenities made this a disappointing experience. With better attention to housekeeping, this hotel could be much better, but in its current condition I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
