Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible.

Location and staff were great. But my wife and I had to check out early due to a snow storm that was expected in Innsbruck. The hotel management obliged us to pay for the night anyway. So that was disappointing considering the circumstances. Based on that I would not recommend.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. La colazione è ottima il personale al desk è molto cordiale, quello della colazione un po meno. Un grazie a Marie, Andrea, Alessandra e Arturo. Location ottima L'unica nota negativa che in 7 notti di soggiorno con un supplemento dei cani di 52 euro a notte la camera non veniva pulita in maniera efficace e la biancheria del letto non è mai stata cambiata. Veramente non da 4 stelle superior ma neache da 4 stelle, la pulizia è un punto essenziale in un hotel del genere.

Es waren super Tage zum Geburtstag meiner Frau - das Wetter war ein Traum, das Hotel ideal gelegen und die Annehmlichkeiten super - Pool aussen mit schöner Liegewiese und Naturpark mit Teich und dennoch gleich am Zentrum. Die Zimmer waren grosszügig und modern. Super Frühstücksbüffet und Wohlfühlambiente.das Fitness ist zu klein, kein Platz für Hanteln und die Geräte nicht optimal gewartet - schade. Der Kofferservice war nicht optimal (Gepäck musste im Gang abgestellt werden und dann selber ins Zäimmer getragen werden !? Auch hatten wir das Gefühl nicht immer willkommen zu sein - im Speisesaal vor allem - evtl. zu heiss für das Personal ?! Aber es gab auch Ausnahmen (bsp. Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin, Nachmittagskellner etc.Auch das Parking war perfekt mit genügend Platz auch für lange Autos. Wir kommen auf jedenfalls wieder - es lohnt sich! Preis-Leistung top.👍

Väldigt fint rum och sköna sängar. Fint med balkong man kunde sitta på. Ett fyrstjärnigt hotell brukar ju dock minst erbjuda riktig schampo och balsam. Här fanns endast en kombinerad duschkräm/schampo som gjorde håret strävt och trassligt!

Dass das Hotel seit 95 Jahren besteht, kann ich nur bestätigen. Oft fühlte ich mich im Hotel, als ob die Zeit stehen geblieben ist. Technik im Ruheraum funktionierte nicht. Balkon verunreinigt wird wohl sehr selten gereinigt. Kaffeetassen wurden über den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht aus dem Zimmer entfernt. Hotel Wirth mit unzähligen Massage Anwendungen. Leider konnten wir in den vier Tagen lediglich eine einzige Massage buchen, da es für die einzige verantwortliche Masseuse keinen einzigen Ersatz gibt. Das ist natürlich sehr bedauerlich, wenn man in ein SPA-Hotel geht und dann so gut wie keine Entspannungsanwendungen buchen kann. Die Betten sind für mich und meine Frau zu hart gewählt worden. Positiv hervorheben kann ich das Frühstücksbuffet den großen kostenlosen Parkplatz und die Unterbringung für Fahrräder. Das war wirklich gut.

Es war ein toller Hotelaufenthalt in einem Superior Zimmer mit Blick auf die Berge. Der Spa Bereich ist auch sehr einladend bis auf die vielen Leute mit Badekleidung in der Sauna. Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und geprägt von einer sehr guten Qualität.

Also für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas überteuert für den gegebenheiten Trotz das wir im Sommer da waren. Für ein Wellneshotel mit 4 Sternen und Superior . Ich fand es nicht gut das die Sauna nur von 15 bis 20 Uhr am Tag auf hat . Bis 22 Uhr hätte ich das begrüsst. So wie im nahe gelegenen Schwimmenbad Unser Zimmer heitzte sich immer so sehr auf ( keine AC im Zimmer . Zum Abkühlen öffneten wir unser Fenster aber das lag an der Hauptstraße. In unserem Zimmer war eine Lampe funktionsfähig aber sehr zersprungen ( plastikschirm) Freundliches Personal,vielfallt an essen Essen,Lage und Parkplatz und der beheizte Pool waren die Pluspunkte die es bietet.
