10/10 Exceptional

This hotel is a good option for those traveling by car, as it has underground parking and offers a free public transport pass, making the stay even more comfortable.

A great location just a short tram ride out of the city centre. Rooms were clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. A latch on the toilet in the room and the ability to shower without holding the showerhead would be an improvement.

We’ve stayed before and liked it, especially the location to center city by train and they give you a free coupons to ride it for your whole stay.

A nice little gem tucked away from the city centre. Easy to get to with he number 9 tram. Close to the city bridge. No many shops near by but still if it's a budget hotel with a clean room you are after then look no further. This place does the job and then some.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking space. Our room was cleaned every day, and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast staff were quite miserable and made us feel uncomfortable while we were helping ourselves, even though breakfast was included in our stay.

Easy check in. Lots of spots to eat near by.

Hotel was reliably Ibis Budget. Clean, sparse, short ride from center, healthy cold breakfast with great coffee, friendly helpful multilingual staff.

6/10 Good

The hotel was nice and the breakfast very good. The cleanliness could be improved. Overall it was good, however the top bunk in the room had an accumulation of dust and hair in the cracks. There were also hairs on the towels. The hotel location was great, right off a busy tram line for easy commuting.

Good price - value. It is simple, clean and no far from City center. Public transportation is right next to the hotel.

Parking is tight. Budget room was small. Worst part was shower and toilette in same room as beds. Other than that it was clean and new. Just small. You get what you pay for.

Average Ibis hotel. Bed very comfy. Take #9 tram from trains to hotel. Good value for cost. Would stay again.

8/10 Very good

This is a clean facility, breakfast buffet is ok. However, it is clearly a budget option with limited amenities: only soap but no lotion in room, only one outlet (have to alternate charging of electronics), no coffee/tea in room, no safe.

Public transport from and to city centre one tram around 10 minutes, quite and safe area.

6/10 Good

Hotel was adequate for a one nights stay, good service, clean room, great parking garage. However, bed with a bunk bed on top not great.

It was convenient to tram transportation. Room was very clean but small. Barely enough room for two people to move around in.

The hotel gave us a free ticket for public transportation in Berna, is ubicated in front of a train rail station.

8/10 Very good

Very helpful staff, everything was very clean and everyone spoke very good English. Room layout was weird with the shower opening into the room, and there was a lack of power outlets. Decent value for money.

Well located next to tram stop- 10-12 minutes to old town. Room basic but very clean. Staff very helpful. More power points would have been welcome.
