The room was tiny- but it was correctly advertised. This was the first day of our trip and we did not know it would actually be the best shower we encountered. The showers around the rest of Switzerland were leaky, at best. We mainly found bathtubs everywhere. We knew there was no air-conditioning, but we’re surprised by how warm the room was during the day. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The bus ran right in front of the hotel, so getting around was easy.

Rooms are small but clean and very basic. We stayed here because it was close to our relative’s condominium. Staff was very helpful and friendly, Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good. Nice lobby area for quick drink 🍹 or snack. Recommended!

The standard double room at Ibis Budget Lancy in Geneva, is spacious and has a really comfortable bed. The toilet is placed in a cubicle next to the entrance door and separate from the shower. Gel, towels, and a bathroom mat are provided. Nothing fancy, in other words, but well worth the price. You also have trams and buses on your doorstep and are given a free travel pass for each day of your stay. This means you are 10 minutes from the High Street and 15 from the station. There is also a direct bus to the airport which takes you there in 20. The staff are welcoming and the bar downstairs pleasant.

I loved everything about this hotel. The strategic location next to bus and tram stop, the hotel set up and cleanliness. There are have indoor games and activities to keep you entertained and a river and forest behind the hotel for a small walk. But above all the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it anytime. I will stay here on my next trip to Geneva.
