The staff was lovely. The room was very nice. We liked breakfast. Our only complaint would be that it isn’t close to transit. We had to take a taxi from the airport and ordered delivery for food because there wasn’t much close by.

8/10 Very good

The room was really clean and spacious enough, and as the summer was hot the air-condition was a real saver. It was really comfortable to stay at. If you want a hotel close to the airport, or an event arena like in my case, it's a really good choice. However, as there's barely anything close by, I wish I would've been told more about food options, if there were any. The breakfast was pretty okay. I came back one night pretty late, and the front gate was closed. I was not informed the gate closes at specific time or how to get in, and neither did I find any information about this when I tried to search for it. Eventually I got in, but to prevent such panic I wish I was given more information beforehand about the gate closing time and how to get in.

What a pleasant change from our last Hotel. Staff were out going, friendly and helpful. We loved our time in France and this Hotel was a great representation of the people we met.

The breakfast menu was simple but satisfactory. I used uber to get around so parking was not an issue for me. My only recommendations are to provide more pillows. I had to ask for additional pillows

Didn't have Breakfast but easy to go to CDG airport on an early morning, just a few minutes away. The rooms are also sound proof so great night sleep and spacious.

Charge for breakfast but nice option for travellers arriving to Paris late at night wanting a meal before sightseeing Paris. Had madeleines even as a nice treat when first in Paris

Much better than expected, really nice spacious room with modern decor. Very friendly staff. Free little sweets on reception desk. Will definitely look to return to an ACE hotel in the future.

Great no frills family stay

This is great if you just need a no frills place to sleep. It is a lot like a Super 8 motel or best Western for North Americans. You can choose to have a full, hot breakfast there.

Fuss free airport hotel. Value for the price. Room fits our family reasonably. It offers free parking.
