The reception staff was excellent. The waitress at the dinner was not focused on the guests need. More on her tasks for preparing closing and next day. The hotel has 4 chargers for electricity cars. None of them was used by customers??? The reason why is stupid - non customer friendly pricelevel. 11 kW capacity (slow) max 5 hours (can not load over night) and €9 per hour!!!! Total €45! Worst set up ever. Dinosaurs!

If you find yourself in Papenburg this is a great spot. Excellent bar and restaurant and the rooms are absolutely fine. 4 minutes walk from train station if that’s how you’re arriving. They can also organise taxis to take you on afterwards but make sure you have cash for those. Will definitely stay again when I’m in papenburg

Make sure you don't end up in the Hafenturm part of the hotel. No ventilation in the rooms and no AC either. Coupled with the fact that the rooms are facing the railway line and you need to keep the window open for some chance of oxygen supply means poor sleep in very hot and noisy conditions

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Das Personal war super nett und hat auch bei Fragen gerne geholfen. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank. Bei der Hitze die letzten Tage hätte ich mich gefreut die Möglichkeit zu haben um etwas zu kühlen.

Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Betten und Kissen unbequem. Lage am Ende der Stadt auch okay. Rezeption leider völlig inkompetent:;zuerst sollten wir 25€ für ein Zustellbett zahlen, obwohl wir 4 Personen gebucht hatten und es eine Schlafcouch im Zimmer gab. Dann nochmal 20€ pro Person (auch für die Kinder!) für Frühstück. Da startet der Urlaub direkt mit schlechter Laune. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vor der Tür. Fand es insgesamt keinen schönen Aufenthalt.
