This was a really good location for a family of 5. The location was amazing and right near the beach and the various beach restaurants. The hotel has a nice pool and the basement water and sauna facilities were great. The hotel has a small but reasonably equipped Gym which I really appreciated. The staff was very friendly, and I really enjoyed my time here. Perfect for families.

Great location, just steps from the beach and the promenade, perfect for exploring Makarska on foot. It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very nice and comfortable stay.

Nice enough, good location, 2 pools - one small indoor one in the spa and one outdoor. Breakfast was decent. Family room with balcony was ok size for us. Overall thought it was expensive compared to other places we stayed in Croatia, but that might just be the relative price in Makarska.

Superb location to enjoy the town it's very conveniently located within walking distance of most, if not, all restaurants. Very clean, indoor, outdoor pools and recreation facilities. The food at the restaurant is very reasonably priced and is of very good quality. With good level of choices. I'd recommend not getting your own car. If you're staying here as parking is generally tough and we'll need to be booked in advance with the hotel as they have limited parking spaces. Sadly, we were not made aware of this and had to try and find parking outside.

Poor communication at check-in. Long queue late at night. Night staff didn’t speak English. Sofa bed wasn’t made for the kids — no pillows or sheets. The porter, who didn’t speak English, refused to give out bedding and just said “self-service.” A bad start. Next day, the housekeeping manager fixed everything perfectly. Day staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent for a tourist hotel. Fantastic location – the best part. Beds were OK. Seagulls were bathing in the pool, which felt unhygienic. Overall, a good/OK stay but with some issues. Might consider booking again, but not really worth the price we paid.

Booking a small room with a balcony / park view got us a huge balcony with a view of the park and the port. The facilities are impeccable, and the location cannot be beat: at the start of the Makarska promenade and 50 meters to the beach. Breakfast is good, enjoyed the jacuzzi and the mini saunas.

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The hotel is super clean, offers amazing breakfast, restaurant on site with amazing views. Staff is very friendly and do their best to make your stay pleasant. Hotel is 2 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops are all steps away…overall location is super convenient…. Downside is the parking… hotel has only limited parking available …We tried reserving parking before we arrived but couldnt get hold of anyone so we took our chance but unfortunately parking was not available upon arrival… ended up getting parking space 2 days later after someone canceled ..make sure you reserve/confirm parking before you arrive otherwise you will be disappinted and will need to look for street parking and pay hourly/daily ( 20 kuna per hr)

Near to beach NO PARKING!

No schampoo at the hotel all week we where there. They forgot the trash several times in the week. They only change the towels and make the bed in the room. The soap and schampoo didnt get any refill. At their site it says parking. But you dont get any parking. Or you can get garange but then you have to be their citizien. All the cars which where parked in their garage had croatien number plates. So you dont get any parking place even if the website say you do. The parking outside costs 100 kuna a day. Otherwise near to beach

Bien situé par rapport à la vielle ville et à la plage toute proche. Mais pour trouver une place de parking (si le parking de l’hôtel est complet) il faut s’armer de patience et rechercher en limite de ville ( nous avons trouvé à 1,3 km à 1 euro de l’heure ). Le bâtiment n’a pas de charme mais les chambres sont confortables. Le petit déjeuner buffet est correct sans plus. Très cher mais en plein mois d’août il reste dans les prix de la concurrence.

The hotel was centrally located in Makarska, but had no parking nearby. The staff were friendly at the reception, but there were few smiles at breakfast. Large apartment with a bathroom, living room with two sofa beds, and bedroom. The standard was good, but there were some signs of wear and tear. Nice pool area, but far too few sunbeds. Good breakfast. Worth the money!

Lägenheten var ren och fräsch och väldisponerad. Sängarna var ovanligt sköna. Positivt med diskmedel, disksvamp och diskhanduk. Det var bra belysning men lite för få eluttag. Det var lite lite köksartiklar för matlagning och servering. Duschtemperaturen varierade mycket under dusch. Klimatanläggningen gick inte att styra från rummet. Jag saknade möbeltassar under stolarna då de lät väldigt illa när man drog ut/in dem . Jag saknade även en rörlig förstoringsspegel med belysning i badrummet. Poolområdet var fräscht men litet och skuggigt. Gymmet var knappt ok då redskapen var få och undermåliga. Frukosten var bra med stort utbud men inget fylldes på sista halvtimmen. Receptionen var väldigt serviceinriktade.
