Renligheten är under all kritik. Både byggnaden och rummet luktade mögel, även i hissen. Det ser ut som att hotellägaren inte har vilja att åtgärda problemet. En del av byggnaden är förfallen. Det är ett under att de har gått genom både brandsäkerheten och hygienkontroll av myndigheterna. Det finns hiss men man måste bära upp väskorna många steg innan man kommer till hissen.

別府駅の目の前にあるのでどこに行くにも便利。 建物は古く壁紙が浮いていたりと古さが目立つ。 寝るだけと割り切れば良いかも。 7Fの大浴場はまあまあだが、系列の2つのホテルの大浴場に入れるのは良かった。
