The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Our bed was comfortable andbwe slept well. We ate every night in the restaurant as the food was lovely and very reasonable. We will definitely be coming back. 😀

Room was clean and although not big good enough for our needs. The toilet wouldn’t flush and shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was red hot. Hand basin was blocked too. We told this to the manager and he apologised and did address and fix all these things so I don’t have any complaints. For the price I’m not sure I’d stay again here though.

Great location. Room was outdated and bed was uncomfortable. It was quite noisy and there was no TV signal either. We arrived at 2pm as our confirmation said we could check in then but when we arrived, we were met by an abrupt guy who said check in was at 2.30pm. After few words we were able to check in. Breakfast was average and had to ask for our table to be cleaned. The young girl who served us was great but the rest just looked as if we had spoken in a different language. Overall, great location but wouldn't rush back.

Our experience with Waterfront Inn was excellent. Very welcoming staff from the beginning, willing to give you even further information and assistance. They have been there always when needed. The room itself was very warm and clean. The hotel is located very close to the beach, hence it was very convenient for us to take night beach walk.
