Had all the amenities I needed. Nice quiet neighborhood

8/10 Very good

It was a nice, comfortable room. I found the check-in process a bit cumbersome, and that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I was in on business with a packed schedule and so was rarely around during the reception hours of 8am-6pm. Upon self check-in, you're only issued a temporary card for one night till you can make it to reception. Fortunately they were able to issue me a second temporary card so I didn't get locked out on day two.

We always love staying here! Staff is really nice and we are thankful for the wash machines & dryer in the basement. Apartment is really good and staffed with everything you need - just one thing could have made it better, for 4 nights you don’t get a clean up. But with a small child and a dog it would have been nice if one had some cleaning supplies, some extra towels and a trash emptying.

6/10 Good

The location was good, room was clean and decent size, but paying the asking price per night wasn't worth it. The TV wasn't working- no channels. A heads up be aware a deposit is required and it is only mentioned after you book your room.

It was great. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the TV didn’t work my first 2 days there. Other than that. Tops

2/10 Poor

Fooled

At the check out I was informed that the price would suddenly be higher because a fault in the system. Will never go back there again
Verified review

4/10 Fair

They charged me 50 euros for my pet when they never told me I had to inform them about it and I think it’s really unfair because I did self check in.. they just take advantage of the clients..

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

nice hotel, nice short walk to the venue, no breakfast but that suits me. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room, so you could make your own breakfast,
