I would consider this hotel as a boutique location. They’re only a few rooms on each floor, ours was on the fourth floor with a view of the harbor. The air-conditioning worked well and there was a fireplace. The bathroom was amazing, dramatic Tile large soaking tub and excellent shower. You can’t beat the location being so close to the harbor and restaurants. The breakfast in the vintage room was excellent.

Noisy with construction going on during the day down the road. We were on the third floor and it was noisy from upstairs View. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable for 2 adults and child. Very convenient being so close to harbor and shops. I would recommend this property to others.

The hotel is in a great location. Make sure to NOT book a street view as it is extremely noisy and the post office is right across the street where they load the mail trucks starting at 4:30-5am an the noise is ridiculous. Also very creaky wood floors!!Moved to a water view room and was so much quieter but of course more $$$$. Roof deck was great and had a beautiful view of the harbor

16 Bay View is a lovely hotel in a great location in Camden. We had a suite on the 3rd floor with fantastic views of the harbour and out to the ocean. The room was very spacious, the bed was enormous and the bathroom was fantastic. The two balconies gave lovely views and was a nice place for a morning coffee. The breakfast was very nice, with a good choice. The View bar restaurant on the roof was exceptional, great views, good beer & cocktails and great food. The downsides: which is why I have only given 4 stars; Parking is a nightmare, limited spaces, which meant I parked on the street one night. I was only informed of valet parking on the last night when I complained. Also, as stated the View Bar on the roof is exceptional but our suite was underneath and it was noisy from chairs and other items being moved etc. And then there was live music one night, which literally sounded like the performer was in our room. Customers on the 3rd floor need to be informed they may be disturbed by the music. Despite these two problems I would recommend and will stay again.
