The room could use some renovation and a deep cleaning. Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Great water pressure in shower. Most cable stations were unavailable. There’s a place to hang clothes. Fridge works. There is no deadbolt on the outside door. No phone to the front desk, but when you walk over the staff is friendly and helpful. Not fancy, but it’s in a quiet area close to lots of restaurants and activities and within my price range.

It was a nice stay, quiet and relaxing. The room was very comfortable. There was a restaurant on the premises, but I didn’t try it. The proprietor gave me a delivery menu from a nearby place.

Usually I'm fine with motels. I don't expect too much. This place is however the worst experience. I'd rate a hotel in Nepal which didn't have hot shower higher. It's not "dated". It's "old". Everything is about to fall, like the crown molding and coat rack. Towels are as hard as bath mat. The shower looks scary. I chose to be dirty for the night rather than use the shower. When I washed my face I felt the water smells like iron. The ceiling light keeps turning off after 15 seconds. The staff said it was because the sensor and gave me a piece of tape to cover the sensor. No. It didn't work. I put even a thick black gaff tape on it but no luck. Glad one of the two bedside lights worked (the other one had no way to plug). There's not many outlets for your convenience, like for your phone. The room has a microwave and fridge which is good. Also it didn't stink. Just dark and old. I'm also glad I didn't see any creatures in the room (you know what I mean) I couldn't relax at all.

Arrived at motel approximately 6pm. Check in was OUTSIDE thru a window. Room clean, but in need of MAJOR upgrade. Turned on shower and RUSTY WATER came out of facuet. All electrical outlets in room the old two-prone/no grounding style except one in bathroom, and that one did not work. Phone in room did not work.
