So to start with even before we checked at 2pm, having arrived early from the airport the staff looked after our luggage and invited us to use the facilities. Warmly welcome the rooms were clean and functional for what we needed. Staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as they could. We have stayed in Bardolino before and knew the area and the hotel was 10 mins stroll from Bardolino along the lake path, perfect. Would highly recommend for youngish, able (there’s no lift) adults. The lake view rooms do give a little road noise, but by the second night not an issue (possibly the vino that helped) great place and a good hotel well worth a stay if looking to explore the southeast of lake Garda.

Fantastic staff, and the breakfast was amazing every day, only one slight disappointment was the Air conditioner in our room which was not working properly and when experiencing a heatwave made it difficult to get to sleep at night. Great value for money!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a lot of information on the area, restaurants, and things to do. Our room was on the ground floor and faces the street and parking lot, so it was noisy. There are only a few hairdryer sat the front desk for borrowing, which is unfortunate. We really enjoyed our stay though thanks to the great staff, clean room, and good wine selection that the hotel offers. The free wifi and generous breakfast buffet with many options were also appreciated amenities.

Ett äldre hotell med en massa charm, utmärkt frukost, vänliga medarbetare samt väldigt rent på rummet och duschrummet/toaletten. Vi bodde i ett hörnrum högst upp ut mot vägen, trots tät trafik så stördes inte vår nattsömn av den. Utsikt mot sjön med fina solnedgångar. Den som söker ett personligt hotell långt från de nya mer strömlinjeformade hittar rätt i hotell Bardolino.
