8/10 Very good

Room was good and staff was supportive especially Mehmet and Yusup. Good hotel and I would stay here again as it is a good low cost hotel with a lot of food and drink places within 10 minute walk away.

Staff were amazing. However I find room could have been more cleaner. There was no blanket for me, so I asked the staff for it. I found out that the blanket had many strains on it.

I was given a Room with a broken AC system, I had to ask for fun, of course all that leads to a horrible sleep. When I addressed the problem to reception I got no remorse, not even a sorry

6/10 Good

Verified review

6/10 Good
