Good for the price

Good option for those who are driving, easy access to the main road leaving orarriving to Foz do Iguaçu. Simple and small rooms, but provides a good bed...and an amazing breakfast, better than many luxury hotels I have visited.

The hotel was very clean. My room was made and clean daily. The breakfast was great as there was a selection of breakfast buffet available. The reception staff were very helpful and although we didn't speak the same language we used Google Translate. The pool at the back was clean and it was great to sit around. The only issue I had during my stay was that the WiFi didn't work in my room. I was staying in room 120. For some reason couldn't connect to the WiFi but I could connect in the lobby area and outside by the pool area. I informed reception and they were very quick to ask a technician to look at it and he tried very hard to sort it but couldn't resolve the issue. I managed by using the WiFi in the lobby area and by the pool. Other than this I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Já fiquei incontáveis vezes neste hotel, recentemente reformaram, melhoraram as instalações. Ponto positivo foi a melhora no quadro de funcionários, das outras vezes era super comum encontrar pessoas super mal humoradas na recepção. Porém 2 coisas negativas a pontuar: café da manha visivelmente baixou a qualidade, numero de produtos ofertados, frutas com gosto estranho (melão claramente esta beem passado quase impróprio pro consumo), queijo com mofo. Outra questão: COBRANÇA DE ESTACIONAMENTO: sempre deixei o carro na frente do hotel, basicamente na rua, ao ver que agora estariam com cobrança, acreditei que havia um novo espaço fechado, reservado, mais seguro que justificasse o pagamento. BASICAMENTE COLOCARAM CORRENTES NA CALÇADA e passaram a cobrar pra deixar no mesmo lugar que sempre foi gratuito, provavelmente estamos pagando agora pelas correntes kkkk confesso que ao ser cobrado no check-in fiquei surpreso e realmente nao acreditei, vou bastante a Foz e o Vivaldi era sempre minha primeira opção, pela primeira vez em alguns anos irei reconsiderar ficar na proxima oportunidade. Uma ultima observação: REFORMARAM OS QUARTOS E NÃO RESOLVERAM OS PROBLEMAS DA VEDAÇÃO ACUSTICA VINDO DAS JANELAS. Se tiver sono leve e ficar nos quartos da frente é impossível dormir a noite toda um sono só.
