An economical stay just 7 minutes drive from heart of Fremantle. Business trip so it suited fine. Across the road 24 hour IGA was handy. Only issue was water pressure in shower was not great otherwise the apartment did the job for me.

Clean and modern design

Everything was good including service by receptionist, helpful and friendly. However, living room design is not child friendly. It did not provide basic things like slippers, toothbrush/paste. I forgot two packets of honey cured bacon in the freezer and when I emailed them, there was no reply. I was disappointed.

Overall good. The very spacious unit could do with some upgrading- e.g. kitchen sink faucet is dodgy, carpet badly stained in places. Some additional crockery and cutlery would be useful and avoid using the dishwasher with a very small load. Accessing the property by car is tricky but quite well located although not within walking distance of Freo centre.

Great value for money

The residences were excellent value for money with full sized washing machines and dryer in the suite, a well appointed kitchen and good sized refrigerator. There was plenty of secure parking. On site conveniences included a hairdressing salon (who fixed my bad haircut), a pharmacy and a nearby grocery store. South Terrace is easily accessed by public transport.
