Great location, lived the room but we had lots of issues, first with check in, it took us over an hour trying to check-in then the codes were a problem pretty much every day, staff was helpful and nice but it was very inconvenient. The room is very old. The kitchen is in very poor condition. The walls are moldy. The shutter cords are wet. The toilet is very old. The bathtub is terrible. There is absolutely no internet. At first, they gave us a Wi-Fi network that didn’t exist. Then they told us about another one, but that didn’t work either. We couldn’t use the internet at all during our stay. Overall, the price–performance ratio is very poor. I was not satisfied at all. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The location of the building is good. Breakfast is served in a separate place on Gran Vía (a bit far), and that part was very good. The staff working at breakfast were very good.

This property is very conveniently close to Puerta del Sol. There is no outside noise at night. It is clean. The problem appears to be poor management. The phone number is provided but it is never answered. They should make it clear that all communication will be by WhatsApp. They should make it clear that an entry code will be provided on the day of checkin. Handle of washer broken, no plug for kitchen sink, walls very thin so any noise from adjacent apartments is noticeable.
