The resort itself was good. Friendly, clean a good location. However, the loud music from across the street made it impossible to sleep. Even with ear plugs in. Some nights it went on even after 2:00am. If not for the music we would definitely stay here again next year we will return to a quieter location

The hotel itslef is very nicely maintained, clean and ths staff is very friendly. But, at night, there is absolutely no peaceful rest. Between the 2 restaurants across the street blasting their music until 3AM for the 6 people sitting outside or the parties at the casino rooftop hotel next door, do not expect to sleep quietly. Even with ear plugs, you will be tired the following day. If this excessive noise didnt exist or if the hotel has noise resistant windows and patio doors, this place would be a gem.

The hotel is very well located, one block from the town hall and two from 5th avenue. The hotel is rather simple, the rooms are very spacious with an own kitchen. The pool is nice for children. Curtains are not really darkening the room. Very silent airconditioning. Poor internet.

I normally stay at resorts. Due to special circumstances, I needed a hotel for a couple of days. This thing is two blocks from fifth Street, it is quiet, and I was completely surprised at how nice it is. Very low-key well maintained. I had a kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, exhaust, stove, sink, small dining table, pantry, and they provide dishes, cooking supplies, forks, knives, mugs, and glasses. The bedroom was a separate room with an attached bathroom. Everything was very comfortable very clean. Very small balcony, but enough for a couple of chairs that overlooked the street. A few dumb things they could improve on, and all of these could be easily fixed by the hotel. There was no iron or ironing board. The Frontdesk provided me with the iron, but the ironing board was not available. The iron had a short cord on it, maybe 4 1/2 feet. This was annoying because you had to find an outlet and find somewhere/thing to use as an ironing board. The phone number listed in Expedia to call them doesn’t work. Because I plan to return, I asked multiple times if the two bedroom room was available and a few days later, once I had left to a resort, I returned and asked if I could see any rooms to show my a friend. They said none were available each time, but for some reason, I just didn’t believe him. It was weird. You can’t go wrong staying here if you just need a good comfortable safe hotel that looks great.

We have rented many many condos in Playa and know the area quite well. This condo is located close to Walmart and 5th ave making it conveniently close to everything. The condo was nice and clean, had the essentials allowing us to prepare meals when needed. My only complaint was the pool could have been a little cleaner.

Staff was courteous. Short walk to 5th Avenue was the big plus. But place, overall, was just OK. Had to switch rooms after the first night because the first room was extremely loud at night until after 2 in the morning. Impossible to sleep. Music and loud singing blaring into the room. The second room was slightly better noise wise but, not great, and oddly, there were no lamps in the bedroom so it was quite dark after dark, and the WiFi was pretty spotty/unreliable which was frustrating. Also, the hot tub wasn’t working while we were there which was another disappointment.

We had a series of unfortunate events: our electricity went completely out in our rooms. We had electricity twice during the day for 15 minutes each time. We had no way to watch TV, turn the air on or charge our phones. I understand things can happen but management did not attempt at anytime to compensate us for our inconveniences. They finally moved us to another room at 9:30pm but the new rooms had no internet. We went back to our original rooms.the next day once the problem was resolved. Again no attempts were made to aliviate the situation. My grand daughter cut her foot in the pool because an electrical light was hanging out of its sucket inside the water. I did not notice until she had cut herself with a nail that was out of the light. I made it known to the front desk and to maintenance and in the two days I was there it was not fixed or any attempts were made to assist. I went to the pharmacy to buy supplies to cate for her foot. The place is charming and clean but lacks in guest relations. I'm addition they have a vapor that is suppose to make the place smell good but some of us are perfume sensitive which is quite difficult to breath that air.

En general estaba relativamente bien salvo que la habitación da a una calle donde hacen karaoke al aire libre hasta las 3:00am todos los días. Las ventanas no son termopanel, entonces se escucha tan fuerte adentro que no con tapones para los oidos se podía dormir bien.
